Payment Terms

Payment needs to be made before orders are despatched.

For trade or mail order purchases payment terms of 30 days from date of Invoice are available for UK trade customers, subject to satisfactory references.

For customised orders, a 30% (of order value) deposit is required.

Postage

Postage is charged at cost based on the weight of the order.

We continually review postage charges and alternative carriers to offer you the most competitive rate available.

Retention of Title

Sportfolio Limited shall retain full legal title to the goods until payment in full has been made.

Product and Prices

We retain the right to change prices and product specifications from time to time as considered necessary.

Product Guarantee

We guarantee our products for the purpose for which they are designed.

The quality we guarantee against defects and in respect of the "Tennis Netcheck, we guarantee accuracy to the nearest half chain link."
